Comments

Unless there is a better way to link observations. Could also link to external observation pages.

Posted by tony_wills about 11 years ago

Good idea. Would work better if it was possible to use field type 'URL' instead of 'text'. And if a 2-way link was created, that is, the link appeared in both, or multiple, observations.
Intention: So that the linker and linkee both showed a clickable URL to the other.
And so you could see sequence of links over time, say re-visiting a speciman yearly.

Posted by shona_t about 11 years ago

I finally noticed how Tags work, so I have used those instead for links to my own records, and
copy view shortcut, paste into description or comment, to link other people's records to mine.
And now also "associated species" with "ecological interaction".

Posted by shona_t almost 11 years ago

Would it easier to find if the name was 'Associated observation url' in stead of 'Associated observation'?
