Description

Put a tracking tunnel at the base of the lemon tree in my garden for 2 nights. Found these prints upon investigation. Could be an odd looking hedgehog or a mustelid but I would be very surprised to hear mustelids are hanging around suburban riccarton. Any suggestions?

Description

These sets of three dots appeared on this mammal tracking card. I am unsure if it is a bird, mammal, or something else that stumbled upon the tunnel. It did appear to eat some of the peanut butter.

This tracking tunnel was set up in the afternoon on 13 May 2024 and was taken down on the morning of 16 May 2024.
