Some Identification Help

Now that I've suddenly got this project about organisms about which I know ZERO, I thought it might be helpful to collect some literature about identifying mould.
Please add whatever you find in the comments.

It has happened to all of us: you open the fridge or find something at the back of the storeroom and it has turned mouldy! Instead of being embarrassed, take a photo and make an observation.
