New year, and fresh SNAP team for our second year of BioBlitzes at Newton Pond Park on July 26. This year's summer SNAP Blitzer's really pulled in the observations!

Most commonly observed species bull thistle
The fall-winter cohort of the SNAP team participated in BioBlitz 32 for 2021 on October 7.
Results:
18 OBSERVATIONS, 12 SPECIES, 10 IDENTIFIERS, 8 OBSERVERS
The most observed species was red-winged blackbird, but with it being autumn the fungus put on a great show, with some huge Amanita mushrooms!
Our 2021 spring/summer SNAP team conducted the first BioBlitz for Newton Pond Park on July 14, 2021.
