Description
Lifer! Continuing rarity. I have a lot to upload, but just wanted to get the info on here for anyone after this bird. It likes to hide in the “trash line”. If you have questions, let me know. Easy bird, but a ~2.5 mile hike both ways.

First choice was Little Blue Egret, second Little Egret, third Snowy Egret. Best I can tell it was a Little Egret, mainly because of the way it waded and angled neck while hunting. Never seen one this far north, wish I could of seen a foot.

This was taken at windmill pond. I have a few short videos as well. I observed a black finned fish moving through the pond. Appeared to be hunting. It moved almost shark like. This is a freshwater pond and the fish appeared to be 3-5 feet in length.

Description
Surprisingly, at least 4, possibly 5 individuals. Several were flying from tree to tree, not far from one another. They gathered together spread among three nearby trees before they noticed me and all began to call in alarm. I only heard the cries of juveniles, or what I believed to be juveniles.
