Description
I got eye-to-eye with this Spectacled Caiman that had been caught by the research team from Caiman House. Aka White Caiman or Common Caiman is a small to mid-sized crocodilian, growing 1.2 to 2m (3.9 to 6.6 ft) in length.
Rupununi River downstream from Caiman House, Yupukari Village, north Rupununi, Guyana, South America.

Young specimen founded dead below a woodbox by workers... without open wounds maybe a few days of birth.
mi initial suspect was a false one (here we seen some erytrolampus) with some few venom, but searching on the web and comparing pics, undoubtly she is a real one
here are known as "redpepper tail"

Especímen hallado muerto por obreros al remover una caja de madera... juvenil quizas de pocos dias de nacida, sin lastimaduras cortantes sólo un segmento comprimido de la mitad hacia la cola.
mi sospecha era de una falsa coral con cierto veneno pero buscando en la red, al comparar fotos, di con ella, resultando verdadera
aqui le llaman "rabo de aji"
