At first glance I thought waxcap, but it didn't look quite like either of the native green Gliophorus. The fibres suggested a cortina at first but after looking more, the white seems to be a separate growth. I'm now thinking, going by the colour, this is most likely Gliophorus psittacinus with a secondary growth. I'll be back to examine this when it opens.

So here is a weird one. The lilac colour is fairly true to life. Perhaps an oddly-pigmented dog vomit slime mold? There was a patch nearby that was entirely black and exhausted - assumed to be the same but older. Mixed native beech-podocarp forest.
