Description
Should be able to get a species ID on this arrow poison gelechiid with some help from Sangmi Lee soon.
Not as prevalent as other times I have searched for them and I only saw them on plants that were fruiting. This one dropped off and suspended itself in the air on a strand of silk before crawling back up to hide against the twig.

Description
This caterpillar was walking around on a boulder. It was about an inch long.
Various trees were in the area. Two trees actually overhung the boulder: an Arizona Sycamore (192477232) and what I think was an Silverleaf Oak (192477493). I can't be certain that either was the host plant :(
