This is a Ruby-Throated Hummingbird that a moment earlier was still perched on one of the arcing vine branches outstretched from the structure. I was able to get a good look at the hummingbird via my binoculars and point it out to my friend. But by the time I had my phone camera aligned through my binoculars, it took to flight. Found at University of Minnesota Morris' West Central Research and Outreach Center's (WCROC) Horticulture Display Garden, near Morris, MN.
