The pileus margin is notstriate smooth, with a convex/hemispheric shape. Gill attachment attached tocollar. Gill margin wavy, with light beige gills that are margin spaced (about .1 cm spacing). Central stipe location. Stipe surface is reticulated and solid, with an inserted/instinous base, 4.4 cm stipe length. A circumsessile vulva type. Smelled like body odor. Spore print attempted but not produced.
