fluvial12's Identifications

I don't know if these fish are old enough to ID by appearance. They schooled in a group of twenty ± and one fish seemed to take a lead role. When they moved they seemed to move as one. The pool in the stream was three or four feet deep. It took me awhile, several hours of looking, to find fish big enough to photograph. I see other juvenile fish in deep root-ball spots that seemed to be more solitary in nature. These were definitely schooling. I have not seen larger fish.
