Not 100% bsure of this sp. as I have only seen it in a coastal context so not sure if it could be this...
About 15 plants found. Flowers are not well photographed on these plants, but they were < 1 mm.

A small patch growing beside the lake in long grass under a large acacia. Tall quite upright plants. W. gracilis tends to be finer built and straggly with leaves and stems not as robust as shown here. W. akaroa is usually larger flowered and shaded blue although this at the top end for W. gracilis. Maybe the unusual growing situation is causing the plant to be atypical of either species
