I discovered this vascular plant at the Carrotwood Village Park and it really caught my eye- the leaves were very thick and deep green, outlined with yellow while the underbelly was a dark brown.This is considered a vascular plant because it has a vascular system comprised of a xylem and a phloem which carry food and nutrients up and down for the plant according to https://www.britannica.com/science/vascular-system. After some research, this plant looks similar to the species Fiscus elastic, but Im not too certain. (gardeningknowhow.com)
