From the s. facing slope of Brian Head Peak in a ravine that had been recently burned. Shells were abundant along the riparian area of the tributary ravine. Shells were all empty (none found live) either out among the rocks and conifer duff or in the soft duff. This is the type location for this species of snail. Identification is based on the location.
10-15 toadlets detected within 50 meters of pinned locality; toadlets ranged 30-40mm in total length. Primarily located near the waters edge in areas with gentle sloping sand banks.
4 detected in shallow slack water areas along the river; toadlet were all 35-50mm total length. Several Red-spotted toadlets were also detected in this area.
