Description

You can zoom in on the flying photo to see the wing markings etc. The perched photo has a reflection on the beak that makes it look light, but it seems dark in real life. The sound recording identified by Merlin to be a belted kingfisher. Seems to be based here at presquile campsites along a low bank beside lake ontario.
