Thought I was hearing a deranged mocking bird, but it turned out to be this poor little guy crying. It was walking around, but laid down when I approached. I know that fawns hide from predators like this, but does it really think it could hide from me when I was ten feet away from it? I think its mother was killed since it was skinny, crying, and wandering around, but I decided that it would be best to let nature run its course rather than call a rehab center. It wandered off not long after.
