found by Cole Vail, on 20cm balsam fir (live), 2 adult (4 & 8 sqcm), and 3 immature (<1 sqcm), grazing 5%, necrosis 0, in balsam fir forest on slope between bog and upland, health 5
known site & thallus: on balsam fir in swamp; only 1 sqcm of 50% grazed left from previous. health = 1, necrosis = 25%
known site & thalli: single thallus on leaning bf snag, 2 sqcm, health 4, grazing 10%, necrosis 0
