Growing on standing dead conifer.
Please correct the species if necessary; was a couple of inches long

Looked fungal, but then if you touch it, it poofs to dust (see second photo) that is dry and fluffy. thoughts? On loblolly.

it floresces in UV!
inat suggests white jelly, but it didn't seem jelly-like in texture as in american amber jelly and such, reminded more of cauliflower.
