Located in Southeastern Massachusetts, USA.

As a naturalist, my focus is interpretation and education. I've developed curriculum for weekly environmental justice classes; a week-long ecology day camp; summer intensive workshops for children and adults. These curricula were developed in collaboration with a biologist and other educators. In 2022, I changed careers and now do education as a volunteer. I co-direct a one week ecology day camp, and lead week-long intensive workshops in ecojustice and eco-spirituality for children and adults.

My formal training in biology/ecology is limited: UC California Extension's Certified Naturalist program in 2021; Mass. Audubon's Field Naturalist Certificate Program in 2023; Intro to the Study of Bryophytes, Eagle Hill Institute, 2024.

A few of my observations refer to the following keys:
-- Ireland (1982) Moss Flora of the Maritime Provinces (Ottawa, Nat. Mus. of Nat. Sciences)
-- Ireland (1987) and Gilda Bellolio-Trucco, Illus. Guide to Some Hornworts, Liverworts, and Mosses of E. Canada, Syllogeus 62 (Ottawa, Nat. Mus. of Nat. Sciences)
-- Crum and Anderson (1981), Mosses of Eastern North America (Columbia Univ.)
-- Haines (2011), Flora Nova-Angliae (New England Wildflower Soc.); or "Go Botany" for the online version
