Love participating in Discord iNaturalist Yearlisting and in 2022 I ended up in 114th place! So my goal for 2023 was to be within the TOP 100. Did I make it? YES!! I ended up in 87th place! It will be hard to beat that for 2024, but I'll try ;)
I love the push iNat gives me to pay closer attention to nature, repeat findings and learn more about each species and maybe one day I'll remember all the names..
Dreaming about moving out of a condominium building and into the open space of the countryside creating my wildlife garden.

Now living the dream in Dacre, Greater Madawaska, Ontario :)

This is how I obtain my sightings:
If the subject is too far away for a cell phone photo, I get a record shot with my camera, and then I take a cell phone image of the back of my camera where the subject was observed to get the correct GPS coordinates/date and time. If the image is good enough on my camera, I might edit it and then later upload it here to iNat and delete the image of the back of my camera from the record.
