It's as Cithaerias bandusia Staudinger STAT. REV., in Penz 2021, "Revised species definitions and nomenclature of the blue and purple/rose Cithaerias butterflies " Zootaxa. So there, it is treated as (i.e. restored as) a valid species. That study is a detailed taxonomic study on that subgroup of the genus. I know it disagrees with BoA, which indeed i've looked at before making this and other actions - but for every taxon with an "agreed source" there are always some deviations. I do not see it as essential (nor desirable) to follow explicitly. Plus here, i considered it's a taxon with only a tiny handful of observations so whether was a species or a subspecies is not of great consequence for system or users.
